According to Turkey’s defence ministry, a Turkish evacuation jet landing at an airstrip outside Sudan’s capital, Khartoum, was fired at.
There were no injuries, and it landed safely in Wadi Seidna, where it was being inspected.
Sudan’s army accused paramilitary rebels of firing the aircraft’s fuel and damaging its fuel system.
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) disputed the claim, claiming they were committed to the prolonged humanitarian ceasefire.
It has had little effect, with army planes continuing to bomb RSF strongholds in Khartoum at night.
The earlier cease-fire allowed thousands of civilians to evacuate to safety, while dozens of countries coordinated evacuations.
Turkey’s defence minister said operations to rescue Turkish citizens from Wadi Seidna and Port Sudan on the Red Sea coast will continue.
