The Supreme Court has stated that the long-awaited decision on the disputed Buiding Bridges Initiative (BBI) will be handed down on March 31.
The court registrar, Letizia Wachira, stated in a notice on Monday that the ruling will be delivered at 9:00 a.m.
The case was heard over three days, from January 18 to 20, 2022.
Justices Martha Koome (Chief Justice), Philomena Mwilu (Deputy CJ), Smokin Wanjala, Njoki Ndungu, Ibrahim Mohammed, Isaac Lenaola, and William Ouko made up the 7-judge bench that heard the case.
