Dennis Githae, a man accused of heinous crimes involving a four-year-old girl, appeared in court today to answer charges of child rape and indecent assault.
The incident reportedly occurred in Mirimaini, Juja sub-county, on the same day the allegations surfaced. Githae, 29, pleaded not guilty to all charges, maintaining his innocence throughout the proceedings.
According to court documents, Githae is accused of intentionally engaging in sexual acts with the young girl, with further allegations that he did a shameless act by touching her private parts with his manhood.
The court granted Githae bail of Ksh 100,000 and a bond of Ksh 300,000, pending further hearings.
His case has been scheduled for mention on August 22, 2025, with a full hearing set for November 10, 2025. Meanwhile, he remains in custody as investigations continue.
