Police in Kiambu County have recovered 139 rolls of a substance believed to be
cannabis sativa during a joint operation between officers from Ikinu Police Station and
National Government Administration Officers (NGAOs).
The discovery was made during a routine patrol in Magoto Village, located in Ngemwa
Sub-location, Githunguri. Authorities reported that a well-known drug dealer fled the
area, leaving behind a package containing the suspected narcotics.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing, and efforts to trace and apprehend the
suspect are currently in progress.
