The headquarters of Text Book Centre located in Kijabe Street has closed after one of its staff tested positive for Covid-19.
In a statement released to newsrooms ,Text book centre said that the outlet in Kijabe Street would be opened on Monday ,July 6 after it had undergone cleaning and disinfection.
The member of the Staff who tested positive has been isolated and is receiving treatment as the rest of the staff are undergoing mass testing and counselling.
Other outlets of Text Book Centre are open.
The latest comes just as Kenyas coronavirus case load nears the 7,000 mark.
On Thursday, the Ministry of Health confirmed that 268 people had tested positive for the coronavirus between Wednesday and Thursday.
Health CAS Rashid Aman said the country now has a total of 6,941 cases of the new coronavirus.
