The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is investigating a Ksh. 16 Million shilling graft charge against officials of Nakuru Water Sanitization Services Company Limited.
EACC received a complaint regarding procurement irregularities in the award of Tender for provision of security services.
During investigations, EACC established that there was violation of procurement laws and procedures which improperly conferred a benefit of Kshs. 16,320,000/= to one service provider.

EACC says the trio, who were arraigned at Nakuru Anti-Corruption Court, faced charges ranging from Willful failure to comply with the law and regulations relating to procurement, abuse of office, and inappropriate influence on evaluation.
They have been released on a bond of Kshs 200,000 each with a surety of similar amount or cash bail of Kshs 100,000 with surety of the same amount.
