A Chinese National was today at a Nairobi Court alongside two Kenyan citizens for having in possession of trade counterfeit goods.
Liu Yiman was charged alongside Peter Munge Mule and George Mugendi that on April 30, 2024, being the directors and employees of Choice International Forwarding Company, were found in possession of counterfeit goods.
The said goods included 9 cartons of Maxi Duchi Lorenzetti shower heads each containing 28 pieces valued at Ksh 874,944.
Appearing Before Magistrate Ndombi at Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi, the three accused persons denied the charges and were released on Ksh 1 million bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 300,000.
