Netherlands rower Finn Florijn is the first athlete to test positive for Covid-19 in Tokyo after competing.
He finished fourth in his heat of the men’s single sculls race on Friday, and was due to race in the repechages on Saturday.
However, he is now in quarantine and his Olympics are over.
Concerns were raised after several athletes contractsd covid while in training.
