Top Cardio-vascular surgeon Albert J Ruturi has “accused” Egypt and Rwanda of embarrassing their peers.Â
Dr. Ruturi, in a cheeky tweet that has gone viral says the zero tolerance to graft in these countries is an example of how Kenya and other States should contact their affairs.
He cites the construction of a Sh.65 billion green house in Eqypt as evidence of the economic Prudence in these countries.
The project will enable Egypt, majorly a desert, improve its food production capacity.
Rwanda on the other hand, has been a great an apple to investors who admire the country’s zero-tolerance to corruption.
