Transport tribunals reigns in on NTSA impunity

Kenyans denied of aggrieved by delays in issuance of inspection stickers by the National Transport and Safety Authority(NTSA) have an option.
The Transport Licensing Appeals Board (TLAB) is a tribunal which hears and determines appeals against the licensing decisions of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).

“Those who feel that their individual Driving License, (old or the new Generation) is unnecessarily being delayed or has not been issued at all by NTSA are free to appeal”, a statement issued by the arbitrator says.

It is mandated to ensure quality, timely issuance of essential documents to enhance the transport sector.
“Have you received your PSV license after complying with all the conditions set”, the statement says.
