Trump Urges Iran to Finalize Nuclear Deal Amid Rising Tensions with Israel

U.S. President Donald Trump has called on Iranian leaders to urgently finalize a nuclear deal with the United States, linking the prolonged negotiations to Israel’s recent preemptive military actions.

In a strongly worded social media post, Trump claimed that repeated opportunities had been extended to Tehran to reach an agreement, but internal hurdles had prevented progress.

“I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal. I told them, in the strongest of words, to ‘just do it,’ but no matter how hard they tried, no matter how close they got, they just couldn’t get it done,” Trump wrote.

He went on to suggest that the breakdown in diplomacy may have directly influenced Israel’s decision to strike, hinting at the possibility of further escalation if a deal is not reached.

“There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, come to an end. Iran must make a deal, before there is nothing left, and save what was once known as the Iranian Empire.”

The remarks come amid heightened instability in the Middle East, with Israel citing security threats from Iran as justification for recent preemptive operations. Trump’s comments underscore the pressure mounting on Tehran to return to the negotiating table and avert further bloodshed.

The U.S. State Department has not officially commented on Trump’s statements, and Iranian officials have yet to respond publicly. However, the international community remains on high alert as the risk of broader conflict continues to loom.
