Tudor MCA Slapped With Five Counts Of Electoral Offence

The Office of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (ODPP) has charged Tudor Ward elected MCA Samir Gulamabas Baloo and his bodyguard Abdul Wasi Mohamed with five election offenses in a Mombasa Court.

The two appeared in a Mombasa Court where they were charged with the use of violence, being in possession of counter foil ballot papers, removing election materials from a polling station without authority, and assault.

The two denied particulars of the charges and were released on a cash bail of Ksh 40,000.

The same court deferred plea taking for Omar Hahmud alias Shallo who faces similar charges to September 15, 2222.
