Turkana Governor Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai Napotikan will seek anticipatory bail in Eldoret High Court today.
The Governor expresses concern that he may be arrested for forgery of his degree and diploma certificates.
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) previously revealed that Turkana Governor Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai is about to be arrested for allegedly forging academic certificates.
Twalib Mbarak, the commission’s CEO, announced that the governor forged his degree certificate in order to be cleared to run for the county seat.
The former Loima Member of Parliament (MP) is accused of forging both his diploma and degree certificate from Kenya Methodist University (KeMU).
