Several passengers are feared dead after a matatu crashed into a car near Kithyoko market.
Both vehicles were heading towards Mwingi when the PSV attempted to overtake the private vehicle before ramming into it.
Two have been confirmed dead while others are receiving treatment in Mwingi and Kithyoko health facility.
Traffic police from ngutani are currently rescuing those injured and directing traffic.
