Two 70 years old men were arraigned in Milimani Law courts and charged with forging a notice of motion in a civil suit purporting it to be filed by Njugi B.G Advocate.
Ernest Kamau Nduati and Waqambo Gambo are accused of filing and giving false testimony touching on a matter which was material to a question pending in court namely ‘demand for payment of a commission for sale of Princess Hotel’.
The two accused persons denied particulars of the charges before court.
The defense counsel unsuccessfully convinced the court to release the two accused persons on reasonable bail terms stating that they are senior citizens of over seventy years of age.
The court deem it fit to release them on a bond of Ksh. 500,000 with an alternative cash bail of Ksh. 200,000.
