Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has firmly denied Russian allegations that Ukraine targeted one of President Vladimir Putin’s residences with a drone strike.
He dismissed the accusation as “typical Russian lies” intended to justify further attacks on Ukraine and derail peace negotiations.

The denial came after Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov asserted that Kyiv had launched 91 long-range drones overnight at Putin’s state residence in the Novgorod region.
Russia stated it would now review its position in ongoing peace talks.
The Kremlin has not clarified Putin’s whereabouts at the time of the alleged incident.
