President Uhuru Kenyatta has ensured Kenyans that the Government is determined to fight and win the war on Coronavirus pandemic- Alex Katiwa
Speaking at a journalist Question and answer session organized by the State House, Uhuru says despite the fact there are challenges on the fight, the Ministry Of Health has adopted a good strategy meant to flatten the virus’s infections in the county.
The president has however expressed is displeasure with the manner in which some Kenyans are defying the regulations urging the citizens to be empathetic and be their brother’s keeper.
“Those who have escaped quarantine centres will be arrested and returned to the centres” Kenyatta said.
Kenya has been facing a significant criticism from Kenyans on his delayed move to evacuate her citizens stuck in other countries especially in China after it was alleged they are being frustrated by the authorities, Kenyatta saying the Government is still weighing on the measures to their rescue.
Further, he has emphasized that the government will continue to persue the 5 Agenda the Jubilee government is anchored in with zero tolerance to corruption.
