Safaricom PLC has stated that all of its stores in Nairobi would close on Friday, October 6, 2023.
The corporation stated in a message on Wednesday that only their outlets at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) will be open on Friday.
“Regular services will resume on Saturday, October 7, 2023.”
“Ask Zuri, call customer service, or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer for further assistance,” the company said in a statement.
The mobile service provider stated that the closures are to “enable us to carry out some internal process.”
