The directors of a top real estate and property company Willstone Homes have announced plans to venture into the East African Market.
Willstone Homes Managing director Mr. Ejidio Kinyajui said they are in the process of partnering with a top Tanzania counterpart with a view to enhancing their presence in the region.
The firm that has built homes worth 15 billion in the last 6 years is set to concur the new grounds and over niche real estate products for the people of east Africa at the same time the directors have enhanced various corporate governance initiative with a view to ensuring prudent management of the company.
The directors have disputed claims that there are any divisions between them, claiming that any disputes that did exist had been resolved.
“The differences that existed between us has been resolved and we are looking forward to enhancing delivery to our customers. The accusation was the tussles between us is 834 million, first and foremost that is good news from our end, that it is not money issues its some few bureaucracies here and there,” Mr. Kinyajui said.

A story published by the daily nation had claimed that some directors had gone to court to stop their counterparts from accessing the accounts, reports which Mr. Kinyanjui refuted.
 “These stories are not new to us, these are things we resolved way back and some of these accusations are of last year. As of now, we have handed over around two projects at the same time meaning, the tussles were not to affect the company at any given point,” he added.
Mr. Kinyanjui assured clients that the tussles will not affect the company at any given point.
Willstone Homes, established in 2018, has been a notable player in the market, particularly known for its off-plan housing projects.
Willstone Homes has so far undertaken 15 projects namely Willstone Estate, Grandview Estate, Ace Park 1, Brook View 1, Ace Park 2, Brook View 2, Ridge View Estate, Ridge Front Gardens, Avana 1 Estate, Avana 2 Estate, Whitepark 1 Estate, Windsor Court A, Windsor Ridge 2 Gardens, Windsor Ridge Court B and Windsor Annex 1 Estate.
