A lady claims that Snoop Dogg assaulted her in 2013 and is suing him for sexual assault and battery.
According to court documents acquired by PEOPLE, the lady who filed the complaint is Jane Doe, and she is also suing Snoop’s longtime pal and hip hop celebrity Bishop Don Juan (born Donald Campbell).
Representatives for Snoop Dogg and Don Juan did not immediately reply to a request for comment from PEOPLE.
Snoop is scheduled to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday.
