71 year old man charged with incest, released on 100,000 bail

BY PRUDENCE WANZA – John Kasoloyo Nzoka is accused of unlawfully and will fully penetrating in the private parts of his 19 yr old grand daughter. The accused is alleged to have committed the offence on August 2018 at Mathare North area in Ruaraka. He denied the charges before Hon.Hellen Onkwani at the Milimani Law Courts. The magistrate ruled that he be released on a cash bail of Sh.100,000.The hearing of the case will be on 8th August,2019.
