The Catholic Diocese of Kitui is mourning the demise of Rev. Fr. Fredrick Nguthu who passed on this morning of 21st January 2025 while receiving treatment at Neema Hospital.
According to the Catholic Diocese of Kitui, Fr. Fredrick was serving at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Kwa Kilui as a Curate until his demise. He is from Katyethoka station in Boma Parish.
Fr. Fredrick was ordained to Priesthood in 2002 together with Rev. Frs. Peter Muvea, Urbanus Kamwilwa, Andrew Nzule, Richard Kyenze, Onesmus T. Macharia, and the late Fr. Francis Kimanthi.
“Kindly pray for the repose of his soul and for the consolation of his family members,” the Catholic Diocese of Kitui said in a statement.
Adding:”Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in eternal peace. Amen.”
