Tammy Slaton, one half of the reality duo from 1000-lb Sisters, has revealed a striking new transformation—this time, flashing a set of new teeth in a TikTok video that’s left fans in awe.
The makeover, coupled with a fresh hairstyle, marks yet another milestone in her dramatic weight-loss journey that has seen her shed over 500 pounds.
The video, shared to the show’s Reddit forum under the caption “Tammy’s teeth,” sparked an outpouring of support. Admirers were quick to note not just her physical appearance, but also her visibly uplifted mood.
“She looks so good! So happy for her,” one user wrote. Another added, “Those hand gestures – that’s the confidence of someone who’s thriving.”
Slaton’s transformation, both emotional and physical, has become a focal point for longtime fans of the show. In earlier seasons, Tammy often clashed with her siblings, particularly sister Amy and brother Chris, struggling with defensiveness and mood swings.
Now, many say she’s barely recognisable from the woman who once required full-time assistance.

In an interview with People, Slaton described her weight-loss surgery as a pivotal turning point. “After six years and losing over 500 pounds, I was finally approved for surgery,” she said. “I worked really hard for this. It was overwhelming joy.”

“I’ve done more in the last nine months than I’ve ever done in my life,” Tammy said. “I have my life back.”
