A man has been arrested by police officers in Kenyenya, Kisii county after being beaten for wetting his bed.
The man is alleged to have attacked the four-year-old boy on Tuesday 20th July.
The boy sustained injuries all over his body, despite the injuries going unreported for 3 days.
According to Hema hospital, such cases of violation of children’s rights in the area are common.
Locals lamented the negligence by the children’s department in acting on such cases, calling on more action to brutal parents.
