Wycliffe Omwenga, a key witness to the brutal murder case in Kilimani has been found dead at his house.
The deceased was a brother to the slain businessman Kevin Omwenga, who was fatally shot while at his apartment in Kilimani.
Wycliffe’s body was discovered with “minimal bloodstains” in his home in Riruta, Nairobi, on Wednesday, police said.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.

His uncle Kennedy Ongwae, claimed he spoke with Wycliffe on the phone the day before his body was found in the house.
He’d been sent to an insurance firm by his uncle to conduct some business.
“As a family, we are in shock given the mysterious death of Wycliffe which has happened less than a year after his brother was brutally murdered. We are seeking answers from authorities,” Ongwae said.

In August of last year, Omwenga was fatally murdered in his home at Galana Suites in Kilimani, Nairobi.
Omwenga was assassinated over a phony gold deal he was supposed to conclude in Dubai, according to investigations.
Chris Obure, a gold dealer, and his security guard, Robert Bodo Ouko, have been arrested and accused of murder.
They were released after posting a bond.
