Former director of Jack and Jill has filed a petition to seek the removal of Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin Haji from office.
Through his advocates, Danstan Omari, Shadrack Wambui, and Martina Swiga have expressed that the DPP influenced a case pitting the businessman.
Mr Schoon Noorani narrated that in the year 2015 he advance a loan to a former business partner Mr. Ratilal a sum of Ksh 240M with the agreement that he would pay after some time.
Mr. Ratilal never paid and as a result, Shoon sought help from the DPP and to date, Ratilal has never been charged.
This is the third petition seeking to oust the DPP, on grounds of gross misconduct.
