An order forcing President Uhuru Kenyatta to nominate the remaining six judges has been postponed by the Court of Appeal.
The injunction will be in effect until November 19, when the court is anticipated to rule on whether or not it would overturn the High Court’s verdict and instructions regarding the six judges.
The Attorney General and the President have filed an appeal, which is now pending.
