Police have arrested Emmanuel Osore, a Busia politician, for misusing his handgun after he shot and injured a civilian.
According to the National Police, Osore, who is also the chairman of the Busia County Ford Kenya, got into an argument with one of the delegates at a meeting in the Bomas of Kenya.
A Scuffle broke out, where he allegedly drew his revolver and began shooting indiscriminately.
One civilian, Maurice Wafula was critically hurt as a result of the incident.
