Ugandan police have blamed the Allied Democratic Forces rebel group for the twin attacks witnessed in Kampala, Uganda.
The Suicide attackers, police say used Improvised explosive devices made from readily available materials in the markets.
A 4th suicide attack suspect has been arrested, only identified as Mose.
An Unexploded suicide jacket was recovered from the scene.
“The bomb threats are still active. We believe there are more local terror cells. Threat is being directed against all Ugandans by an enemy we all know.”
