Anne Kananu, the governor of Nairobi, has acquired court orders prohibiting Mike Sonko, from releasing any more videos, comments, texts, or documents accusing her of misconduct.
After the deposed governor published a series of video and audio recordings accusing her of conspiring with others to derail his political career.
Milimani Chief Magistrate Justice H.K. Nyaga designated the matter as urgent and demanded that the parties involved be served immediately.

After dishing out a dossier of intel implicating Nairobi Governor Ann Kananu, lawyer Cecil Miller, and High Court Judge Said Chitembwe, Nkatha claimed her life was in danger.
The woman claimed she was compelled to talk under duress at the Karen police station, where she had gone to record a statement.
The former banker stated that she saw Sonko earlier at his lawyer’s home, where he offered her Ksh250 million or a Ksh300 million beach plot in exchange for her implicating Governor Kananu in irregularities surrounding the court’s approval for her swearing-in.
Additionally, Nkatha revealed that tapes were recorded following Kananu’s inauguration as Nairobi governor after she declined the offer.
The former Nairobi governor has implicated top judges in fraud charges through a series of audio and video recordings.
