Rigathi Gachagua has hinted a Kenya Kwanza government will jail President Kenyatta for abuse of office.
Speaking during bare knuckle running mates debate, Gachagua accused Uhuru of abetting graft, nepotism, abuse of office and cronyism.
“We will set up an inquiry to investigate State Capture and conflict of interest. Where the people have used their offices to reserve public resources to their advantage”
Rigathi tabled documents pertaining to an executive order that allegedly exempted NCBA bank (affiliated to the first family) from paying taxes totaling to over 300 million.
His glove-off remarks, Rigathi said the President was solely responsible for Kenya’s woes due to alleged Azimio campaign funding.
Gachagua, who said he was worth Sh.1 Billion, accused President Kenyatta of masterminding his graft woes.
“The state froze my accounts to black mail me and force me to support the handshake.”
Gachagua and Deputy President William Ruto are pitted against Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua for the State House race.
Kenya will go into a General Election on 9th of August 2022.
President Uhuru Kenyatta will be completing his term after 10 Years in power.
