Embattled Korogocho MCA has asked the National Cohesion and Integration Commission, to accept responsibility for criminal activities and violations of his constitutional rights.

Absalom Odhiambo has announced that he will file legal action against the commission and two investigators through his lawyer, Apollo Mboya.

Mboya stated that he was under stringent orders to initiate legal proceedings against NCIC and two investigators within 24 hours of receiving the letter if the requests were not met.
