Peter Gathungu Gikonyo was arraigned before Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku in Milimani law courts The accused an agent with kaggs investment limited was charged with stealing by agent.
Mr. Gathungu was said to have stolen ksh. Eight million six Hundred and eighty-four thousand {Ksh 8,684,000].
The accused stole the money from the same agent, the money is believed to have entrusted to him for safe custody.
He however pleaded not guilty and was released on a kshs 50,000 bond, pending hearing and determination of the case
