Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA) on Tuesday, November 8, hosted a delegation from Rwanda led by officials from the Ministry Of Infrastructure (MININFRA) and Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) for a study tour on Axle Load Control in Kenya.
The KeNHA team was led by Deputy Director-Enterprise Risk Management Eng. Isaiah Onsongo and Assistant Director-Axle Load Control Eng. Michael Ngala.
The key issues discussed included Axle Load Control, use of ICT in Weighbridge management for efficiency and Performance Based Contracting (PBC).
