A group of Azimio la Umoja legislators is now urging the Kenya Kwanza administration to stop playing the blame game and deliver on their promises to Kenyans.
The MPs, led by Edwin Sifuna, said that the Ruto government has been pointing fingers at the previous regime rather than addressing issues impacting ordinary Kenyans, such as high cost of living.
The parliamentarians were also critical of the national government’s borrowing spree, which they had passionately opposed throughout their campaigns.
The leaders have stated that they would not back down in their efforts to hold the government accountable for how they are currently spending public money, which they claim is being squandered.
