Barca, Man United Level In 2-2 Europa League Thriller

Barcelona fought back to earn a 2-2 draw with Manchester United in the first leg of their Europa League knockout round playoff on Thursday.

United were the better team for much of the game, controlling the tempo, but they were denied by goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who made three outstanding saves in the first half.
Barcelona took the lead five minutes after the break, with Marcos Alonso scoring with a towering header at the far post from a corner.
Three minutes later, Marcus Rashford equalized after a counter-attack down the right, slotting home a smart low finish between Ter Stegen and the near post.
