Battle Line Drawn Against Top Security Leaders In Kenyatta’s Administration

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua announced on Saturday that a former Nakuru County police chief will face disciplinary action for his role in the eviction of over 100 families.

DP. Gachagua has confirmed that Ex-police chief Peter Mwanzo will face punishment for the Nakuru evictions.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua announced on Saturday that a former Nakuru County police chief will face disciplinary action for his role in the eviction of over 100 families.

Mr. Gachagua was referring to former Nakuru Police Commander Peter Mwanzo. He is accused of supervising the eviction of 105 families in Keriko, Subukia sub-county.

“Any police commander should notify the county security committee and intelligence before executing any eviction orders,” the DP said.

Mr. Gachagua went on to warn all public servants. He said that the Kenya Kwanza government will deal with those who remain loyal to the previous regime.
