The Building Bridges baby, through a report by graying politicians with wise intentions will be tabled anytime…after Raila Odinga retained his famous ‘bedroom’ in Kibra.

There were fears that a Jubillee win will end the political marriage between Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta…but Raila barricaded himself there, locking out the increasingly ambitious Deputy President Dr. William Ruto from his fortress.

With his Kibra legacy secure, Raila is ready for the final act in his illustrious political career…that of ensuring that DP Ruto retires with his boss Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022.

For political starters, the The Kibra by election, won by Raila Odinga has set the stage for a 2022 battle royale in Kenya. The allies assembled by Raila and DP Ruto will form the core of their campaigns in 2022.

And Uhuru will watch from State House lawns as the duo tear into each other to access the master bedroom in State House…a dream location for any politician.

As usual, the tribal and affiliations card played out in Kibra, as Luos and Kikuyus voting for Imran Okoth against Macdonald Mariga to preserve the handshake.

It is now official. Raila Odinga and DP William Ruto will be in the ballot in 2022 to determine who rules Kenya after President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The hotly contested by election saw both Raila and the DP pitch tent at the vote rich Nairobi surburb… with Raila managing to pork the DP in the eye and set the stage for the adoption of the BBI initiative and the push for a referendum.

With the Kibra outcome, the BBI report may be tabled as early as next week.
