Cardi B’s sophomore album AM I THE DRAMA? continues its impressive chart performance, with new projections indicating it will land at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in its third week.
Released on September 19, 2025, the album debuted at No. 1 with 205,000 equivalent album units, marking Cardi B’s second chart-topping release after her Grammy-winning debut Invasion of Privacy.
In its second week, the project maintained strong momentum, placing No. 3 with 80,000 units. Current industry forecasts estimate 65,000 units in its third week a notable figure that keeps it among the year’s top-performing rap releases.
The album remains the highest-charting female rap project currently in the Billboard 200 top 20. Its sustained commercial success has energized fans, who have launched online campaigns on X (formerly Twitter) encouraging others to purchase and stream the project, hoping to push sales toward 70,000 units to rival records set by Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2.
AM I THE DRAMA? has been praised for showcasing Cardi B’s lyrical confidence and artistic growth, reinforcing her position as one of hip-hop’s most dominant figures in 2025.
