Coast and North Eastern counties entrepreneurs and talents are yet to apply for the Sh.100 million Ndoto Zetu kitty being administered by Safaricom Foundation.
The counties lagging behind are Garissa, Wajir, Isiolo and Mandera.
The Coastals counties of Mombasa, Kilifi, Lamu, Kwale and Taita Taveta have also posted few,application.
The Ndoto Nzetu initiative is an affirmative action campaign by Safaricom, targetting mainly youth and unique talent.
According to Safaricom, other parts of the country have almost fully subscribed their quotas.
