A suspected con artist was yesterday accused of obtaining Sh.700,000 from one Kazungu Musembi by false pretences.
Mr. Fredrick Shivachi committed the offence at Ngong area. Principal Magistrate Mr. Boaz Ombewa released him on a Sh.500,000 bond.
