A man who is suspected to be an expert in stealing water meters and gauge valves  has been charged with the offence.
Identified as Elias Mukala was arrested on Sunday 12th Jauary, for stealing a water meter and two gauge valves valued at 6,000.
He was released on a 5,000 shilling bond.
