A man caused a stir at Milimani Law Courts when he appealed to be allowed to fundraise to pay off his accuser.
Peter Fredrick Kimani Mbugua, who appeared before Milimani Courts charged with obtaining money by false pretense said he was broke.
He was accused of obtaining a total sum of Ksh. 3 Million from one Rose Mwaura.
Mr. Mbugua denied the charges but requested 2 days to organize a funds drive so as to refund the money.
The court set Tuesday 2, November 2021 for the mention.
