A Mother has been arrested after a 14yr old confesses she was impregnated by her father in the full knowledge of her mother.
Her father is being sought by police officers after escaping a dragnet.
According to the police, the victim had just completed her class eight KCPE Exams.
Residents close to the family say the man has tried to sleep with all her four daughters in different instances.
Reports confirm that he successfully impregnated two daughter while while the other two were rescued after they screamed.
