A middle-aged woman was today arraigned in court where she faced charges of stealing by a servant.
Caroline Waithira Kimani was charged that on diverse dates between January 2018 and October 2019, being an employee of Cretum Properties Limited, she stole Kes 30,307, 618 the property of the said company.
” You are charged that on diverse dates between January 2018 and October 2019, at Cretum Properties Limited within Nairobi as a servant of Cretum Properties Limited, stole Kes 30,307,618 the property of Cretum Properties Limited” reads the charge sheet.
She however denied particulars of the charges before Chief Magistrate Onyina and was released on a bond of Ksh 900,000 with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 300,000.
