A crippled man was arraigned in a Kibera law court and charged with possession of 34 rolls of bang valued at 1000.
Mr. Kariuki Wambuku was arrested on January 28th at the Nairobi West market by officers from the Nairobi West Police patrol.
Kariuki however, pleaded guilty.
While explaining himself to the senior principal magistrate Esther Boke, Kariuki said that the bhang was for medicinal purposes.
However, when he was asked by the magistrate to give a medical report on the same, he was unable to support his argument.
A report from the probation officer will be expected in court on February 7th before the sentencing of Wambuku.
