Health CS Susan Nakhumicha has stressed the necessity for the Ministry of Health to give digitization first priority.
Utilizing technology and becoming paperless will increase efficiency and transparency in the ministry.
The CS urged everyone to cooperate, emphasize digitalization, and work together to improve the ministry’s operations in order to better serve the public during her talk to the newly appointed directors and heads of departments.
Nakhumicha praised the newly appointed directors and department heads at the Ministry of Health and recognized the PS’s important role in the ministry’s reorganization, which has increased its effectiveness.
She emphasized the necessity for mutual cooperation in identifying and resolving any difficulties affecting the ministry’s operations and asked the directorates to work together and forge connections among themselves in addition to digitization to improve service delivery to the public.
The CS also reaffirmed her open-door policy, urging department heads to drop by and work with her and her team to forge connections that will aid the ministry as a whole as well as the general public.
