Diana B, commonly known as Diana Marua, has announced a hefty price for a gig.
Diana stated on Tuesday, November 30 that fans will have to pay a total of Ksh850K to hire her for a performance.
Marua’s debut single, which was released on Monday, November 29, has received over 640K views, a slew of comments, and over 45K likes.
According to her, the song should be among the most popular, since it is accumulating views by the second.
Marua also had the backing of singer Akothee.
“Shoot your shot, the attire she wore is the best. Mine would be a bit shorter with half of my breasts out. Music is for the eyes and ears, people see and listen to music. I was only taught to clap at others when they are winning,” she opined.
On Monday, Marua, the wife of Kelvin Kioko aka Bahati, a successful artist, released her first song, Hatutaachana tu.
Kenyans have had conflicting reactions to the song online, with the majority being unfavourable.
Marua talks of her happy marriage in the song, despite reports that she and her husband, former gospel singer Bahati, were planning to divorce.
