Diana Marua was today forced to apologize to the public after a company that she was supposedly their brand ambassador turned out to be cons. This comes after one of her followers was conned Ksh. 700,000. – By Stephanie Mwangi.
The company is called Limavest, approached Diana Marua asking her for a business partnership and asked her to be the companies brand ambassador.
Diana went on and took the job and she advertised them through her social media platforms ,and one of her fans sent money to the named company hoping to be a land owner ,six months later Jennifer is yet to receive a title deed for the land she purchased .
Some people went ahead to send money even without seeing how the land looked like because they saw it’s Diana who is advertising so it has to be legit.
“I would like to say this is one of the hardest posts I have ever written, I have really thought about it and this is after a few months of trying to get a solution the limavest owners approached me mid last year wanting me to be a brand ambassador of their company that deals with selling land, some fans went an extra mile to send money without seeing the land because they believed in me,
“To my fans I apologize for not doing my due diligence to confirm if the said land had the right documentation by the time I was making a trip to see the land in Malindi. she went on to apologize to Jenifer and said that she will make sure everyone who purchased land from the couple will get justice both professionally and legally and she went ahead to distance herself from the company and said she is no longer working for them and that anyone who goes ahead and purchases land it will be at your own risk.”
In response Shico Waweru said “Be patient team some will see what they wish others will see what they want but I choose to see what is in front of me without filter or fiction.”
