DP Ruto Donates Sh.1Million To Kibwezi Sex Workers


Deputy President William Ruto has donated Sh1 million to commercial sex workers in Makueni.
He made the pledge during a meet the people tour at Mtito Andei, Makueni County.
The money will be shared by the commercial sex workers along the highway.

The area is a resting abode for haulers along the highway and a huge revenue earner for Makueni county.

During a rally in the neighborhood, the DP urged the workers to form a SACCO into which he promised to deposit the funds.

The DP was reacting to requests that the ‘Hustlers Empowerment Fund’ be released and to favor them.

He was accompanied by Josphat Nanok, Governor of Turkana, Mps Victor Munyaka (Machakos), Katoo Ole Metito (Kajiado South), Ndindi Nyoro (Kiharu) and the Chairman of the United Democratic Alliance Johnstone Muthama.
